Rezeca Renewables is a pioneering Singapore-based solar services provider founded in 2009. As the brand grew commercially, they faced a new obstacle: a competitive landscape saturated with similar offerings, making it harder to stand out.

Crowded with predictable narratives about cost savings and the benefits of solar, Rezeca’s unique strengths were getting lost in the noise. Built on a philosophy of collaboration and sustainability, they emphasised something different: a commitment to seamless customer service and a thoughtful process that made switching to solar effortless. To connect with a broader audience, they needed to clarify and amplify this forward-thinking, customer-centric approach.

Redefining the solar experience
We sought to evolve Rezeca  from a service provider to a distinct brand by addressing gaps in the customer journey. Shopping for solar services online was often a confusing, outdated process, deterring potential users. With Rezeca, we reimagined this experience with a seamless, customer-focused framework prioritising accessibility, clarity, and sustainability. We called this “The Rezeca Experience”, refining their innovative approach and making the transition to solar as easy as sunshine. 

Their brand narrative of solar in a new light reframes and sets them apart in a crowded market of repetitive messaging. By focusing on thoughtful design, relatable communication, and an accessible online shopping experience, Rezeca offers a fresh perspective on solar energy. Their messaging empowers customers to embrace eco-consciousness, shifting the conversation to highlight returns that go beyond just financial gains.

A new light on sustainability
This concept extends beyond the shopping journey, serving as a guiding framework for every aspect of the brand. Their visual identity highlights the symbiotic relationship between people and the environment, with a logo symbolising a diagonally looped grid of solar panels powered by the sun, capturing the infinite renewability of solar energy.

To make sustainability more approachable, warmth and clarity are highlighted through playful, familiar elements. A glowing sun graphic and soft, connected shapes create a welcoming atmosphere, while vibrant, high-contrast imagery evokes a sun-kissed feel. This playful ethos carries into their tone of voice—reassuring, empathetic, and inviting—encouraging customers to embrace solar energy for a brighter future.
