As the healthcare provider continues to expand its presence in Singapore and the region, a brand refresh was essential to reflect its premium, modern identity.

We worked closely with Mount Elizabeth to define their vision as a beacon of excellence, highlighting a legacy that offers the ultimate healthcare experience. Their commitment to compassionate care and a patient-centric approach has fostered enduring loyalty across generations—unsurprisingly so.

It’s Possible: This tagline became the culmination of their core values, reflecting their belief in exploring every option and possibility. This also serves as an ethos to drive their team, instilling peace of mind in patients and their loved ones.

Defining excellence in healthcare
Mount Elizabeth's new visual identity captures the essence of excellence by being ‘ahead of the curve.’ The graphic elements, comprising of the curves created when zooming into the logo, represents their constant upward trajectory and forward-thinking values. These elements frame content and headlines, guiding viewers’ focus towards important details.

The use of custom writing for the tagline further adds a warm touch to the brand, emphasising their genuine care for each patient. A new brand palette of dark blue, gold, and light beige, complemented by secondary colours, creates a visually compelling and emotionally resonant brand experience.
