But as the brand emerged from the pandemic, the growing demand for customised experiences, coupled with a newly expanded team, presented opportunities for a new vision.

From iconic attractions to places off-the-beaten-path, we found inspiration in the company’s unwavering dedication to keeping their finger on the cultural pulse and prioritising personal relations. This dedication inspired The Local Insider, a new positioning for the brand as the gateway to bespoke and unforgettable adventures. It reaffirms World Express’s mission to bridge the world to authentic Singapore, a value that has defined them since 1969.

Every facet of the brand exudes the knowledge and intimacy of a local insider, guiding travellers into hidden destinations only accessible to those in the know. Inspired by postcards designed during the golden era of travel, we focused on a single, impactful image to symbolise the unforgettable journeys ahead. Complementing this is a graphic system that similarly captures these gateways to adventure.

The brand’s bold colour palette reflects the vibrancy of travel: World Express Blue anchors the colour system and signifies maturity, while red, an iconic colour of Singapore, pays homage to their roots. Green mirrors its tropical landscape, with complementary warm yellow and cream tones grounding the brand in the nation’s vibrant identity. This refreshed design reinforces World Express’s role as a trusted guide, inviting travellers to discover the many layers of Singapore and embark on multifaceted adventures.
