↗ Creative Project Manager (Singapore)
Practice Theory is an award-winning branding and creative agency with offices in Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City. Together, we are a group of designers, strategists, art directors, and creative producers. We work with bold ideas, elegant thinking, and rigorous craft — bringing clarity and meaning to how brands show up in the world.
We're looking for a Creative Project Manager in our Singapore office to help us keep things running smoothly. It's not a small job, but it's a rewarding one. You'll work closely with our designers, collaborators, and clients to bring projects to life with composure and care.
What you'll do
- Keep projects on track – planning and managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Be the go-between for clients and creatives, managing feedback and updates
- Coordinate with our extended team of developers, printers, producers, and creative partners
- Send weekly updates, plan resources, and keep our files organised and accessible
- Help troubleshoot when timelines slip or scopes shift
- Support key admin tasks that keep our projects and studio running
What we're looking for
You don't need to have all the answers. But you do need to be:
- A natural collaborator who takes pride in helping things run well
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented – clarity in communication is key
- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts, and asking for help when needed
- Familiar with the pace and needs of a creative or design-led environment

Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or PR only
- Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience
