↗ Account Manager (Singapore)

About the Role

Reporting to our Creative Director and Senior Account Manager, this is a hybrid role that blends account servicing with project coordination. You’ll be close to the work, work closely with our creative team, and support the smooth running of a portfolio of accounts.

This is a contract role until end-2026, with the possibility of conversion to full-time based on performance and studio needs.

You’ll work alongside our Senior Account Manager and Studio Director—learning how we run enquiries, scopes, and delivery—while taking on meaningful responsibility across day-to-day client and project management.

Key Responsibilities

Client and Project Leadership

  • Support client relationships across multiple accounts with clarity and care
  • Help guide key client moments across briefs, timelines, approvals, and alignment
  • Run day-to-day project coordination: timelines, meetings, notes, client comms, next steps, and delivery check-ins
  • Coordinate internal teams (and external partners when needed) to keep work moving smoothly
  • Ensure clients feel supported while helping protect the studio’s standards, pace, and process
  • You’ll typically support 4–6 projects across different stages (depending on complexity)

Scoping and Costings

  • Support early-stage enquiries: gather inputs, clarify requirements, and help shape scopes
  • Assist in preparing scopes, timelines, and quotations (with guidance from the Senior Account Managers/Directors)
  • Help track budgets, hours, billings, and project admin across delivery, in partnership with the Directors

Profile We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years’ experience in an Account Executive / Client Servicing / Project Coordinator role (branding/design/creative background strongly preferred)
  • Strong written communication (emails, meeting notes, scopes, basic proposals)
  • Organised, proactive, and steady under pressure
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and keeping details tight
  • Enjoys a smaller studio environment with closer collaboration and more direct involvement in the work
  • Singaporean / PR only

Contract Details

  • Contract until 31 Dec 2026
  • Possibility of full-time conversion based on performance and studio needs
  • Flexibility and benefits that matter (details shared during the interview process)
